Lydia Whitbeck is a Senior Associate, Consulting, with FrameworkESG, a Morrow Sodali Company. She brings years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and sustainability strategy development to her work at FrameworkESG.
In her current role, Lydia collaborates with clients to drive positive social and environmental change to meet stakeholder expectations and create business value. Lydia works with clients to assess their current ESG risks and opportunities; integrate ESG into the business strategy; and communicate their ESG ambition, strategy, and performance with stakeholders. She has experience with materiality analyses, standards adherence (GRI, SASB, TCFD), UN SDG alignment, ESG reporting, questionnaire support (EcoVadis), ESG strategy development, and custom sustainability research projects.
Prior to FrameworkESG, Lydia managed decarbonization strategy development and implementation for the University of Michigan in collaboration with University leadership. She received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan. She currently resides in New York City.
