Eugene Tsuji, is Senior Director of the Corporate Governance Consulting Group at Morrow Sodali with over 25 years of industry experience.
Eugene has extensive experience on a wide range of ESG issues, including the evaluation of voting results, ownership profile analyses, pro forma voting assessments, executive compensation, and shareholder referendums. Eugene has been invited to present at law firms, industry events, and regularly presents to public company Boards and Management.
He previously was a senior member of the firm’s Proxy Solicitation department where he worked on a number of proxy contests, tender offers, mergers, and other corporate control matters.
