Borja, based between London and Madrid leads client engagements in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. He is also the coordinator of M&A and Activism activities across Europe. With more than fifteen years’ experience at Morrow Sodali, Borja provides not only strategic counsel on corporate events involving share/bondholder participation but also consulting experience on ESG-related matters. Borja has extensive experience providing advice and working on many successful AGM and EGM campaigns, major public deals, and successful defense and activism campaigns.
Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, he was employed by the management consulting firm Accenture, where he led banking and back-office projects.
He is a frequent guest lecturer for business schools and specialized centers regarding investor relations, corporate governance and related matters.
