Víctor Meléndez is a global business executive, consultant, and entrepreneur with a unique and broad set of experiences in all facets of business management, brand building, and innovation across a wide range of industries. As a Managing Director at FrameworkESG, Victor is focused on innovation in ESG-related services and building strong, lasting client relationships.
Over the past two decades, Víctor has held various international and domestic senior roles in the United States and Mexico, overseeing operations and teams in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia for large multinational corporations such as Jose Cuervo, InBev, PepsiCo, and Luxottica. He has spent the last ten years in consulting firms, leading teams, advising, and developing strong client relationships, and focusing on innovation, sustainability, and ESG. His primary areas of expertise are strategy and planning, branding and communications, and ESG-related innovation and new product development.
Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA in International Business from the prestigious ITESM School in Monterrey, Mexico, and has attended various professional development and leadership seminars at Harvard Business School and Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
