Our practice area has been developed over many years of advising public and private companies on addressing media and investors during the course of a takeover or merger. Each deal has its own unique complexities that often require a high level of public management, including insights into the communication process around the key domestic regulators FIRB, ACCC and ASIC. Our collaborative team has worked on many of Australia's largest public company takeovers and assisted offshore companies in managing media issues and stakeholder groups during cross-border deals.
Additionally, we have advised on a large number of IPOs, including numerous private equity-backed ASX listings and subsequent sell-downs.
