Rowan comes to Morrow Sodali from FIRST Advisers, where he held the position of Associate. In this role, he provided clients with a wide range of advice focused on shareholder communication, register analysis and ESG reporting. Additionally, he played a key role in establishing the firm’s Governance roadshow offering for clients.
Prior to his time at FIRST Advisers, Rowan gained experience working for broker Argonaut Securities and investment manager Sentinel Financial Group in Perth. He completed a PhD in Finance at the University of Western Australia, where his research focused on substantial shareholders and company value creation.
