Hiromi has almost 30 years of experience with The Coca-Cola Company in Japan and Singapore, where she held various roles across Finance, Operations, Field Marketing, Global Customer Management, and Corporate Strategy. As a General Manager responsible for revenue and profits, she integrated sustainability into the corporate strategy by engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
Before joining Morrow Sodali Japan GK, Hiromi contributed to establishing the global sustainability infrastructure at the Global Headquarters of Takeda Pharmaceutical in 2022. In September 2023, she became self-employed as a business strategy consultant and, in March 2024, was appointed an advisory board member of Station Hill Capital in the UK.
She holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia (1992), and completed the Executive Program at Judge Business School, Cambridge University (2023).
