Justin joined Morrow in March of 1998 as an Account Manager in the proxy solicitation department. After spending several years in the company’s stock surveillance department, he returned to proxy solicitation and is now a Senior Director and proxy team leader, overseeing close to 100 issuer AGMs and EGMs each year.
