Marc is a leading investor relations and capital markets specialist and has advised dozens of ASX-listed companies across several sectors and geographies on equity capital market engagement. He has also advised on several corporate transactions including capital raisings, M&A and IPOs. Marc has a significant breadth of relationships across the buy-side and sell-side and he is passionate about supporting his clients develop relationships with these constituencies to ensure capital market support for their strategic corporate objectives. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Marc worked at leading Australian investor relations advisory firms after first commencing his career as a political advisor. In his role at Morrow Sodali, Marc will be working closely with the Sydney and APAC teams to support companies with their capital market engagement and to grow the presence of Morrow Sodali in the APAC region.
