Prior joining Morrow Sodali, Raymond spent more than ten years in Capital Market Intelligent, Proxy Solicitation, M&A transaction, Corporate Governance at Georgeson, a Computershare company covering Greater China region. He has successfully provided many high profile transactions in the region with solutions to help companies to engage with their investors and passed the shareholder meetings. Raymond was responsible for analysing institutional investors data for companies listed in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, India, Australia, and Germany, and provided insight of China-based institutional investors and hedge funds to the team. Prior to joining Georgeson, Raymond worked for client relationship department at Citibank N.A. in New York and was the global trade operations assistant of Agricultural Bank of China.
Raymond received a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University and completed classes of the Enterprises Risk Management program in New York University.
