Justin joined Powerscourt in 2012 following over a decade in the industry working for a range of financial communications consultancies and in-house at a major corporate.
At Powerscourt, Justin leads the Financial Services & Real Estate franchises, which together comprise the firm’s largest sector team. He advises clients across a range of subsectors including private equity, asset management, insurance, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and housebuilding.
Justin’s experience includes financial and corporate communications ranging from advising on best practice regulatory disclosure to leading multi-channel profile-raising campaigns. In addition, he has significant experience of advising clients on communications for London IPOs, transformational M&A transactions, shareholder activism, debt restructurings and issues management.
Prior to Powerscourt, Justin spent eight years with an international communications consultancy where he was a Director. He began his career in consultancy before moving to FTSE 100 company Cable & Wireless where he was part of its corporate affairs team.
Justin holds a BA (Hons) in European Languages and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University.
