Vincent Di Costa is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions, a Morrow Sodali subsidiary, and a premier provider of mutual fund and ETF proxy solicitation and corporate governance advisory services. Vin brings more than 35 years of expertise and knowledge assisting fund companies in connection with all aspects of the shareholder meeting process. Throughout his career, Vin has been engaged in the mutual fund industry’s largest and most complex proxy projects and acts as advisor for closed-end fund proxy fights. Prior to founding Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions, Vin was Executive Vice President and Co-Managing Director of DF King, where he led several divisions within the organization including the US Mutual Fund division, Corporate Proxy for US and International Issuers and Corporate Reorganization.
