Jocelyn McBride is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions, a Morrow Sodali subsidiary, and premier provider of mutual fund and ETF proxy solicitation and corporate governance advisory services.
Jocelyn brings more than 25 years of expertise advising fund companies on all aspects of the shareholder meeting vote. In the last few decades, Jocelyn has been involved in the mutual fund industry’s largest and most complex proxy projects acting as voting analyst and advisor. Prior to joining the team, Jocelyn was Executive Vice President at Computershare Fund Services and Vice President at DF King. Her early career started as an associate for a venture capital firm, The Palmer Group, founded by Wharton School’s former Dean Palmer.
