Ryan Loveless is a Director in Proxy at Morrow Sodali. Since joining the firm back in 2012, Ryan has worked with many corporate issuers, ranging from micro-cap to Fortune 100 companies, assisting them with their annual and special shareholders’ meetings to ensure successful proxy solicitation outcomes.
Additionally, Ryan has worked on various tender offers, rights offerings, mergers & acquisitions, consent solicitations and has extensive experience with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) in which he has provided strategic consultation on over 300 SPAC transactions. Recent transactions include Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. with Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc., GS Acquisition Corp, with Vertiv Holdings Co., Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp. with DraftKings, Inc., Collier Creek Holings with Utz Brands Inc., and Spartan Energy Acquisition Corp. with Fisker Inc.
