With more than 15 years’ experience comprising corporate governance advisory, global custody, proxy voting, corporate actions, and full-on shareholder-engagement campaigns, Jonathan provides not only strategic counsel on corporate events involving shareholder participation but also expertise on the mechanics of voting through the convoluted proxy plumbing.
Jonathan has experience of ‘getting the votes in’ where they count, especially where the process of unlocking the custodial chain is complex and deadlines are tight, mobilising previously dormant shareholder constituents, connecting the chains of custody, and materialising the votes.
