Andrew is an experienced Corporate Governance professional with deep market and research expertise, specialising in engagement, ESG and remuneration. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Andrew held the position of Associate Vice President at ISS, and Manager of Australian Research at Glass Lewis. During his time as a Proxy Advisor, he was responsible for research coverage of companies across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, South Korea and Japan.
Andrew has a Master of International Studies, International Relations – The University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Education – The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Arts, History & International Studies – Queensland University of Technology.
