Joint conference by the Spanish Issuers Association and Morrow Sodali on the 2023 AGM season and the challenges ahead in 2024

Morrow Sodali was proud to sponsor this successful event, organized jointly with Emisores Españoles (the Spanish Issuers Association) on October 20th in Madrid, to discuss the lessons learned from the 2023 AGM season, as well as the implications of ESG-related matters, and gender diversity challenges for corporates in 2024.

At the conference, Morrow Sodali’s Corporate Governance Manager, Eduardo Sancho, presented the most recent results of Morrow Sodali's extensive analysis of the 2023 AGM season, while Carmen Lees, Project Manager at Morrow Sodali, participated in the roundtable of the Market Agents, contributing with her valuable insights to the debate among many distinguished panelists.

A conclusive debate on the future ESG challenges for listed companies in 2024, was moderated by Enrique Romero, Relationship Manager at Morrow Sodali.
