Enrique Romero is the Relationship Manager at Morrow Sodali and is based in our Madrid office. He is an expert in advising listed companies in Spain on corporate operations, corporate governance, shareholders' meetings, and investor relations. He also advises clients in the sale and development of products that help them improve their corporate life in relation to their shareholders' meetings and registers, IPOs, corporate governance, ESG, investor relations or takeover bids, among others.
Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Enrique spent 33 years at Santander Group’s wholesale banking division in various roles, most recently as Executive Director of Corporate Services for the last 18 years where he was the Sales Director and client relationship manager for listed corporate clients and provided advisory services in ESG, annual shareholders meetings, and other corporate transactions. His other achievements include overseeing the first multicurrency syndicated loan in Spain, implementation of the SWIFT communication system, and the organization and participation in the first Santander Corporate Governance Conference.
