The BlackRock turning point: we are leaders in sustainable finance
The "climate risk" is now considered the most feared of financial risks. In his annual letter to investors, BlackRock, the largest US institutional asset manager with US $ 7 trillion invested, sets the new standard, in what appears to be an effort by Wall Street financiers to look more closely at business sustainability.
Larry Fink, CEO of the giant, argued that investments that respect ESG criteria will attract raising capital in the near future.
Our Director Fabio Bianconi, in an article published by La Repubblica, commented "large-cap companies have different practices in reporting ESG issues, due to different organizational maturity models, when assessing the business and constant stakeholder involvement."
