Alvise Recchi, Sodali's CEO, comments on Voto Maggiorato and the Reform for Cooperative Banks in Italy. He states that Voto Maggiorato, although it has to be still well-defined from a legal perspective, could be a good tool for big Italian Cooperative Banks, now called to become Spa, in order to protect the interests of long-term shareholders.
