On Monday, February 12, Expansión, Spain's leading business and finance newspaper, published an article covering Morrow Sodali’s Institutional Investor Survey 2018, highlighting the survey’s key findings. Among the others, this year's institutional investors' concerns are: effectiveness of the Board, directors’ skills and CEO remuneration.
Also a particular focus is made on the rise of shareholder activism and the fact that institutional investors are more open to support credible activist campaigns.
