IMA BidCo S.p.A. Acquires Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A

IMA BidCo S.p.A., a consortium of investors including BC Partners and SOFIMA, acquired I.M.A. Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of automated packaging machinery, for $2.98 billion.
