CommScope, Inc. Acquires ARRIS International PLC

ARRIS International plc (NASDAQ: ARRS), hardware, software and IT services buiness, was acquired by CommScope Inc (NASDAQ: COMM), a communcations infrastructure company, for $7.4 billion.
