Tracie is Managing Director, Relationship Management– Morrow Sodali. In this capacity, she works closely with a wide range of corporate issuers on governance, anti-takeover, compensation and proxy issues.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, the last 17 with Morrow Sodali, Tracie partners with our Corporate Governance, Stock Surveillance and Proxy Solicitation teams to assist the firm’s clients in reaching the best possible solutions to their issues. Prior to Morrow Sodali, Tracie spent 17 years in senior positions in the Stock Transfer industry.
She is active in the Society for Corporate Governance as a former member of the National Board and ongoing member of the Small to Mid-Cap Issuer, National Membership, and Securities Law Committees. She currently assists the officers of the New York chapter with programming and is a Chapter officer for the Hartford Chapter. Tracie is also the Program chair of the Connecticut/ Westchester Chapter of NIRI.
