Tommaso is responsible for leading Morrow Sodali’s corporate development activities including M&A, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Tommaso co-founded MC Square Capital, a Connecticut-based merchant bank, and was previously a Vice President within the private equity division at Sciens Capital. Tommaso also worked in M&A at Lazard Frères, focusing on the chemical and shipping sectors. Tommaso began his career as a management consultant at Accenture, where he specialized in post-merger integration strategy and execution for pharmaceutical companies.
Tommaso earned a double MS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Danish Technical University and the University of Florence and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
