Prior to joining Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions, Simon was a Managing Director at The Proxy Advisory Group where he managed multiple Corporate Proxy solicitation projects, focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions and Reverse Stock Splits. Prior to joining The Proxy Advisory Group, Simon was a senior account executive at AST Fund Solutions, where he worked on Annual and Special Meetings. Simon began his career with Shareholder Communications as an account manager assisting the sales team.
