Sarah heads up Powerscourt’s healthcare practice and brings over 25 years’ experience to the firm. She has advised healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical companies and institutions across Europe and beyond on strategic communications, media relations, corporate communications and capital markets transactions.
She is an expert in corporate, financial and reputational issues as they relate to the life sciences industry, specializing in all aspects of financing and M&A, R&D, product launches, partnering and licensing, and litigation.
She has worked with companies and institutions of all sizes, from start-ups and FTSE 100s to charities and universities, and venture capital to private equity.
Sarah began her career with a New York based healthcare sector specialist firm during the tech boom of the late nineties, subsequently going on to work with two of the industry’s leading life sciences communications teams. She later moved in-house, holding senior roles at GSK and Oxford Biomedica where she gained first-hand experience of life on the client side, and was responsible for leadership communications, internal and external communications, investor and media relations and social and traditional media. She joined Powerscourt in 2021.
