Nathaniel isDirector - Analytics and Proxy Advisory – Canada at Morrow Sodali. Prior to Morrow Sodali's acquisition of Gryphon Advisors, Nathaniel held a similar role with Gryphon.
With over ten years of capital markets experience, Nathaniel has served in supporting the management team in traditional proxy solicitation related campaigns, as well as highly contentious M&A transactions and proxy contests.
In addition to his strengths in stock surveillance, data analytics and info design, Nathaniel also plays a key role in managing the firm’s relationships with transfer agents, Broadridge, the Canadian Depositary for Securities and a variety of Street-name brokers, while specializing in research and the analysis of a clients’ shareholder base.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Nathaniel was a Senior Analyst with D.F. King Canada.
