Moonok Bang is a Managing Director of Corporate Governance in the Seoul, South Korea office.
Moonok has 10 years of experience in ESG, with a primary focus on corporate governance. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, he held the position of Senior Lead Analyst at the Korea Corporate Governance Service where he led various teams with expertise in ESG Evaluation and Proxy and Responsible Investment Advisory Services, covering over 900 companies in Korea. He spearheaded the development of the rating criteria/practices of local corporates in Korea and published proxy reports on diverse ESG issues.
Moonok holds a Bachelor's degree majoring in Business Administration, from the Korea University, South Korea.
