Meighan McGowan joined Morrow Sodali as a Director, Relationship Management in 2022 where she consults with corporate clients and their advisors on shareholder engagement initiatives including ESG advisory, Annual and Special Meeting Services and Capital Markets Intelligence services. Meighan joined the firm after spending six years with Institutional Shareholder Services in both Sales Director and Vice President roles. At ISS, Meighan supported asset managers and recordkeepers with their sales and marketing efforts within the Retirement (DCIO) and Institutional markets. Prior to ISS, Meighan held positions at NBC Universal and Business Insider, helping corporate clients with their marketing and advertising efforts. As an experienced seller with a proven track record of establishing herself as trusted advisor, Meighan applies a solutions-oriented approach to supporting her clients. Meighan earned a BA in Psychology from Williams College.
