Lela Cade is a Director, Relationship Management at Morrow Sodali, based on the West Coast. With 20 years of experience in executive management consulting and international business development, Lela provides corporate boards and executives with dedicated strategic advice to maximize stakeholder support.
She has been with Morrow Sodali since 2011, previously working from our headquarters in Rome, Italy, as a trusted advisor to our many clients in the EMEA region on mergers and acquisitions, annual and special meetings, shareholder activist initiatives, and multinational cross-border equity transactions. She was also directly involved in the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory projects for the US, continental Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Lela is certified in Investor Relations from the UK IR Society and an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance, NIRI National, and NIRI Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego Chapters. She holds a Master of Business Administration in International Finance from St. John’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego.
