Laura Preston is a Senior Vice President with Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions. Laura brings more than 30 years’ experience in the financial industry, including 25 years specifically in mutual fund proxy solicitation. Laura joined Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions from D.F. King where she was Senior Vice President, Mutual Fund Services. Previously, Laura was Senior Project Manager and Mutual Fund proxy campaign specialist with Broadridge. Laura also worked with Fidelity, Sungard Asset Management and Bank of Boston in various custody and settlement roles.
