Ken is Managing Director of Debt Services Team in Hong Kong and is responsible for the management and execution of our firm’s debt-related services in Asia. Ken has nearly twenty years' experience in the debt capital markets sector and assisting bond issuers and their advisors conduct their liability management and debt restructuring transactions. Ken has worked in Asia for over sixteen years and has been responsible for setting up or establishing a number of Asian offices for firms working within the industry, helping them grow into market respected and leading outfits.
During his time in Asia, Ken has worked on several liability management clients including The Republic of Philippines, Tewoo, Garuda, REC, Reliance, Evergrande, Kaisa, Bank of China, ICBC, Lenovo, MIE, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, PT Pertamina and the PTT Group. Ken has also worked on several major restructurings in Asia, including CERCG, Asia Pulp and Paper, Titan Petrochemicals, G Steel, Asia Aluminum and Mobile-8.
