Jin Tan joined Morrow Sodali as Director of Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance in 2023. Jin joins Morrow Sodali from Color Health, Inc. where he was Senior Compensation Manager responsible for key compensation projects and planning cycles. Prior to that, he was an executive compensation consultant at Compensia, Mercer’s Human Capital and Talent Practice, and Semler Brossy, where he advised Boards and executives on compensation programs and talent management strategies.
Based in San Francisco, Jin brings a comprehensive perspective to his role, particularly in the areas of incentive program design, employment agreements, IPO and transactional compensation arrangements, pay benchmarking, proxy reviews and disclosures, and engagement strategies.
Jin earned an MBA from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
