Jillian Kenny is Vice President - Proxy. With over 8 years of experience, Jillian has worked with a wide variety of corporate issuers ranging from micro-cap firms to large-cap companies on their annual shareholder meetings and solicitations. Jillian has spent her entire career at the firm. Jillian is an active contributor to Morrow Sodali’s thought leadership publications including Lighthouse and Proxy Updates. She is a graduate of Iona College.
