James has 20 years’ experience providing strategic advice to clients on investor and media relations during key stages of a company’s lifecycle including corporate transactions and crisis management. He has extensive experience providing clients with support across their communication and investor relations activities across a number of sectors, geographies and exchanges.
James has led the communications on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including CSL’s A$16.4 billion acquisition of SIX listed Vifor Pharma; Amcor’s A$10bn acquisition of US listed Bemis; CYBG’s A$3bn acquisition of LSE listed Virgin Money plc; and the A$5bn acquisition of Spark Infrastructure by a KKR, OTPP and PSP consortium.
