Jake Berwind joined Morrow Sodali as Director, Relationship Management in 2023. He consults with corporate clients and their advisors on shareholder engagement initiatives including ESG advisory, Annual and Special Meeting Services and Capital Markets Intelligence services. Jake joined the firm from Diligent Corporation, where he partnered with Fortune 500 companies and assisted their Board of Directors and ESG teams on a large range of corporate governance matters. Prior to Diligent, Jake spent 3 years with Bloomberg Law as a Senior Account Executive. At Bloomberg Law, Jake supported outside counsel as well as tax & legal departments of Fortune 500 companies by helping them accomplish key initiatives through tax and legal research. Prior to Bloomberg Law, Jake held the position of District Manager at ADP (NASDAQ: ADP) helping Fortune 500 corporations accomplish top priority goals by consulting on their human capital management needs. Jake earned a BA in Communications from Maryville College. He is an active member of Society for Corporate Governance, NIRI National, and NIRI ATL & FL Chapters.
