Harrison Evans

Vice President – Executive Compensation & Corporate Governance


Harrison Evans is a Vice President, Executive Compensation & Corporate Governance. Harrison has extensive experience in incentive plan design, executive compensation benchmarking, peer group construction, and proxy advisor policy.  As a member of the US Corporate Governance team, Harrison reviews proxy statements and other relevant disclosures, evaluates client compensation programs, provides peer group review, performs benchmarking, and collaborates on developing shareholder engagement strategies. 
Previously, Harrison was on the Glass Lewis Executive compensation research team.  While at Glass Lewis, Harrison provided analysis of compensation programs and vote recommendations to institutional clients.  He also helped develop internal voting polices and several of Glass Lewis’ quantitative executive compensation models.  Most recently, Harrison spent time as a compensation consultant with Compensation Advisory Partners.  He is a Graduate of the University of South Carolina.
