Giacomo covers the coordination of our global sales process, data and tools. With 10-years’ experience in the industry, he focuses on strengthening our international expansion of shareholder/debt-holder response and information agent advisory by measuring and centralizing our global progress to more effectively tackle cross-border M&A transactions, activism campaigns, and global initiatives.
He also collaborates with Management on the firm’s short- and long-term reporting strategies, resources and forecasts, aimed at achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in the industry.
Giacomo joined Morrow Sodali in 2011 and works between Rome and London. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, he held a six-month internship in the Corporate Affairs Department at Technip. He holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree from Luiss Business School.
