Anna Desis is Vice President of the Corporate Governance Consulting Group at Morrow Sodali. She is skilled at researching and analyzing voting trends on shareholder proposals, institutional voting guidelines, and general corporate governance topics. As a member of the Corporate Governance team, she reviews clients' proxy statements and other public disclosures, providing comments on areas for enhancement and noting best practices.
To support clients in productive year-round discussions with their top investors, Anna creates institutional profiles highlighting the most recent investment and voting authority, recent voting history, pertinent voting policies, and engagement highlights.
Anna relocated to San Francisco from Stamford in 2020 and continues to collaborate with the Corporate Governance team to provide strategic and practical advice to aid clients in making informed decisions on corporate governance matters.
