Review of DFI governance organization and internal policiesWe have evaluated the corporate governance action plan and the organizational fitness of the corporate governance division of several DFIs. We have developed templates for the evaluation of portfolio financial institutions and the assessment of country governance frameworks for leading multilaterals.
Pre- or post-investment corporate governance assessmentsWe have assisted several multilateral and national DFIs with corporate governance assessments/due diligence and board evaluations of actual or prospective investees across multiple sectors.
Development of governance codes and policiesWe have taken important advisory assignments in the development and implementation of the national corporate governance codes and have assisted several central banks in the development of their rule book as regards corporate governance of banks. Our team has also been an active commentator on the development of important governance policies by the OECD, the Walker Review and the Parliamentary Commission on Banking in the UK, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision and the EU Commission.
