The new legal framework on related-party transactions

On February 21, Morrow Sodali, together with Associazione Italiana Giuristi di Impresa (A.I.G.I.) and Roma Tre University, will sponsor a conference on "The new legal framework on related-party transactions."

The conference is articulated around two panels: 

- The new Consob Regulation on related-party transactions: needs, interests and tools;

- Topics, problems and perspectives in view of the implementation of the new  regulatory discipline.
