The dialogue between companies and investors

Morrow Sodali is pleased to be taking part in the Assogestioni Catch-Up Workshop "The dialogue between companies and investors" on 12 May at MiCo-Milano Congressi-Ala Nord (Via Gattamelata) in the framework of Il Salone del Risparmio.

The course is organized by Assogestioni as part of the Catch-Up Program of seven sessions that brings together leading experts to discuss topical themes on governance and sustainability, and offers directors and auditors the opportunity of aggregation and update.

The workshop is aimed at independent directors and auditors dealing with corporate governance and investor relations and will investigate the issues of engagement between companies and institutional investors. The panel discussion will be opened and enhanced by the insights presented by Andrea Di Segni, Morrow Sodali’s Managing Director and Fabio Bianconi, Morrow Sodali’s Senior Director.

The course can be attended either in person or online.
