Remuneration policies and practices in 2023

Join Morrow Sodali at the annual event “Remuneration policies and practices in 2023”, organized by ABI Servizi in collaboration with the ABI Office of Risk, Control and Sustainability.

The event will take place on 22 and 23 November in Milan, at SpazioPola, and will commence with an interactive session and discussion on the evolution of the regulatory framework, the integration of ESG factors into remuneration policies, and emerging trends in the remuneration policies in 2024.

Fabio Bianconi, Managing Director at Morrow Sodali, will speak on the panel “Evolving perspectives of the executive compensation and trends emerging from the 2023 AGM season”, with other multidisciplinary experts to provide an update on the current trends in the executive compensation of listed companies, banks and asset management companies, provisions of the European Pay Transparency Directive, and the impact of the external shareholders on the remuneration policies.
