Private Markets Forum - Italy

The Private Markets Forum – Italy, formerly named the Unquote Italian Private Equity Forum, will be held in Milan on 5 July 2022 from 9.00 am (CEST).  Despite the uncertainty of the economic framework of the past years, 2021 has seen intense and fruitful fundraising activity in the Italian Private Equity market, with a high level of liquidity available for investments and a substantial increase in Italian private equity savings.

Fabio Bianconi, Senior Director at Morrow Sodali, will be taking part in a panel titled "Fireside chat – A practical approach to sustainable development and ESG criteria" alongside Marco Belletti (CEO, Azimut Libera Impresa), Alessandra Castelli (Global Head Editorial Development, M&A and ECM, ION Analytics) and Barbara Napolitano (Equity Partner, Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici). The rise of ESG principles of sustainability has been one of the most notable developments within the private market over recent years. For most investors, ESG due diligence is not just a box-ticking exercise but has become a strategic investment driver and an important step in value creation.
