Analysis of Italian companies that transfer their legal entity abroad: the Netherlands and beyond.

The Centre for Financial Research on Corporate Governance of the Università Cattolica del S. Cuore, directed by Professor Massimo Belcredi, will present the study entitled "Cosi non fan tutte. An analysis of Italian companies moving abroad” during an event organised in collaboration with Assogestioni, to be held on Monday 10 July, at 3:00 pm CET, at the Auditorium dell'Ara Pacis in Rome.

The paper, that analyses the phenomenon of the transfer of Italian companies abroad, will be the focus of two round tables moderated by Massimo Menchini, Director of Institutional Affairs, and Fabio Galli, General Manager of Assogestioni.
