How to obtain votes from Brazilian and foreign shareholders at General Meetings

The Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (IBRI) and Morrow Sodali invite you to join RI Week, an online event that will take place the week of 29 November to 3 December 2021 at 5:00 pm (Brazil standard time) each day.

Morrow Sodali's Agnes Blanco Querido, Senior Director – Brazil, will take part in the opening panel on "How to obtain votes from Brazilian and foreign shareholders at General Meetings" to be held online on 29 November. The panel will be moderated by Rodrigo Luz, Member of the Board of Directors at IBRI, and will also feature Fábio Coelho, President of AMEC.
