AGMs: Hybrid Technology and Corporate Governance Strategies

Morrow Sodali in partnership with BoardRoom is delighted to invite you to join us for a hybrid event to learn more about both Hybrid Meeting solutions and Corporate Governance strategies for Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Co-hosted by our partners at BoardRoom and Lumi, this event will help you to be ready and prepared for your AGM in the second half of 2022.

While hosted from BoardRoom’s Sydney office, online attendance will also be available through the Lumi platform. However, as a physical meeting presence is now back on the agenda (after two long years of virtual only attendance), we'd love you to join us in person.

Recognising that it's hard to drag people away from their desks (or home offices!) these days, especially on a chilly winter's evening, we're offering tastings of the latest in non-alcoholic craft beverages. A resident mixologist will be serving non-alcoholic cocktails, craft beers and wines from 4pm (it is during work hours after all!). And for anyone feeling lucky! There will be two lucky door prizes to be won by people attending in person.

The event will commence at 5pm sharp and will run for no longer than 1 hour, after which time there will be post event networking (with regular wine and beer served!).
