2021 Annual Summit for Corporate Governance

Morrow Sodali is glad to take part in the 2021 Annual Summit for Corporate Governance hosted by Greenberg Traurig, LLP and the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. The Summit will be held from Thursday, September 30 to Friday, October 1, 2021 in Las Vegas and includes a panel of distinguished experts to discuss hot topics and developments in corporate governance facing public companies.

Boards of directors today face a variety of issues in important areas of corporate governance, including ESG, risk management, succession planning, oversight by audit committees, communication with investors, executive compensation, disclosure best practices, and dealing with activist stockholders.

Instead of a registration fee, the organizers request that attendees donate to the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law Foundation. Details will be provided upon registration.
