The Seminar is organized by the Athens Exchange in collaboration with the Union of Listed Companies and Sodali to discuss the implementation in Greek Company Law of the EU Shareholder Rights Directive and its impact on shareholder meetings and cross-border voting. The event aims to help Greek listed companies to deal successfully with the new rules and to suggest some practical solutions that will facilitate the transition to the new system.
